Spice heads falling asleep on the tables is not "traditional". The customer service is anything but traditional, the omission of please or thank you for a start! Most traditional pubs don't record customers on bodycameras either! The food looks awful. Someone who worked as a chef at the company who owns Banker's Draft showed the company policy of how it's all made. Frozen burgers, eggs cooked on steam trays, curries all come shipped in and bunged in the microwave. They use crockery to hide the measly portions too.
