Thanks for the "Padders Bar" plug, Mr. Bassett. We really appreciate positive recommendations. As is our usual practice, enjoy a complimentary pint on your next visit 🍺
Irene Swaine
What's not to like about The Banker's Draft? Let me tell you. Rude staff Druggies and wrong'uns loitering outside Strange and unpleasant smells Chavvy people arguing Uncomfortable seating Dingy Tiny, microwaved food

Spice heads falling asleep on the tables is not "traditional". The customer service is anything but traditional, the omission of please or thank you for a start! Most traditional pubs don't record customers on bodycameras either! The food looks awful. Someone who worked as a chef at the company who owns Banker's Draft showed the company policy of how it's all made. Frozen burgers, eggs cooked on steam trays, curries all come shipped in and bunged in the microwave. They use crockery to hide the measly portions too. Mister M
Okay it's not cordon bleu, however for the price, I think it's extremely good value. I remember going for a meal in the Peace Gardens at a French Restaurant, and the portion sizes were smaller, yet 3 times what you'd pay in Bankers.

Over £5 for some cheesy chips is nothing to write home about.
