I'm not 100% sure of that mate to be honest. Was the money available first, if it was, were we allowed to spend it in line with the profit and sustainability rules. And then of course was the right quality of players available. Moore has always made clear that he wouldn't make signings just for signings sake, they would have to improve the squad. Why did he sign Bakinson then I hear you ask. I don't have a clue on that one.😂 Pre match press conference. It is getting towards the end of the season and make or break time, they need to get stuck in from the start and take the game to Lincoln. Games need to be won, draws will not be enough for a top 2 place and 2 points out of the last 12 is abysmal considering the form they had been in.
