According to the Met Office the average temp in Nov should be 9.5 degrees celsius at most and we're still around 15 to 16 degrees.  I wouldn't mind normally but work have turned the building heating upto full and it's like the tropics in the office at the moment...  Not looking good for that snowmageddon we were promised either.
