When I was in my teens, Phil Oakey from Human league bumped into me in the Hole in the Road. He was being chased by a load of screaming girls and ran into me making his escape. He put his and on my shoulder and said sorry. I nearly fainted as he was my hearthrob at the time!!

Aged 16 I was on "Where there's life" with Dr Miriam Stoppard. It was a programme about education and she said my mad goth hair was the most amazing haircut she had ever seen!!

I have also met Boyzone, Bewitched and Tim Vincent when my daughter won a radio1 competition.

Have met Michael Palin on no less than 3 occaisions, he did a rendition of the Knights who say Ni for me and let me in on the secret of the funniest joke in the world  and he called me a nutter, which is the finest praise I could receive.

Have also met League of Gentlemen, altho breifly

Have met numerous snooker players from my days of being a snooker groupie :D

Have also met lovely geordie comic Ross Noble, discussed the benefits of lycra, beans and jacket potatoes, novelty pens, biscuits, and whether I should change my email address, oh yes and monkeys!

I saw Neil Morrissey in the Bath Hotel, and met Jeremy Irons and Rowna Atkinson randomly on the street. Oh, and Louis Theroux buying coffee at Waterloo..
