Why can't Starbucks make a name card for regular visitors that they can just hold up and show to the employee? Or maybe I should just lie from now on and say a name easier to understand! I don't understand where they're coming from If its a "fancy" coffee (i.e. not a standard black filter coffee they can instantly serve there and then) then the person on the checkout takes the order and passes it into the queue of the coffee making person. I don't understand where they're coming from Starbucks don't give you a choice, they like to write your name on the cup so you feel all included. It's an American thing.
