I believe Seth Bennett did this a while back did he not? Often see his name as commentator on the football shows on TV.

 

I would imagine this is the name of the game within media. Start out and establish yourself within local media within the BBC and the move on to the bigger platform of National Media. Good luck to the bloke, with some of the idiots who have phoned in to the football talk shows on Radio Sheffield over the years I would feel he's more than equipped to deal with most things!
