I can see something bright and flickering in the sky above Hillsborough area. It's not very clear, but looks like a balloon... it seems a bit big for a lantern.

 

Can anyone else see it?

I saw something over Concord park just now, was deffo a passenger plane though, all the lights clearly visible down the lengh of the plane.
