dafydd
That's because there's no fighting allowed on National Trust property. Man, I've seen some trrible punch-ups, little old grannies throwing rock buns, specially sharpened scones, knitting needles at 20 paces, and all that over the fact that we....er....they got a different colour ticket. Minimo
I think I'll pass on your ideas to Sheffield Homes, and we''ll see how many of them they take up.

Darth Vader
How about a long queue of cardboard cut outs that they can push-in at the front of?

purple_frog
THey've brilliant exercise 'playgounds' for old people in China, with lots of simple but fun things to get the blood pumping - my favourite were sorta like cross-trainers that you swung on, I loved 'em! Of course, over there you see the old peeps out in the parks socialising and exercising at ridiculous o'clock in the morning, something I doubt you'd find happening over here... Regardless, I doubt I'll ever be too old to enjoy swings, you can never have too many about the place, IMO!

Lord Linx
I am intrigued by an item in the latest issue of 'In touch with Sheffield Homes' Quote 'Some ideas currently being considered are: Encouraging older people to be more active by providing a secure environment for an older person's play area' So what might be in this play area, adult size swings and slides perhaps? A sand pit and paddling pool? Anyone have any more ideas? Old people:hihi:
