Recommend a weight watchers meeting?

Recommended Posts

I joined ww 3 weeks ago but hate my meetings. Moody woman that weighed me, gave me no well done or encouragement even though i lost 3lbs in my first week!!! The meeting was a woman reading from a page and no one even joined in to discuss things.

Hoping people can recommend another one for me to go to?

Thanks

A clue about where you live and which one you disliked might help ;-)

If compulsive overeating is the problem - overeaters anonymous may be worth a try. Weight loss clubs can be limited in their effectiveness if deeper issues are at play.

save your money ... if you eat healthily and exercise regularly you'll lose weight.

you don't need to go to a meeting for someone to just tell you the above

Thanks for the advice but my question was about what meetings are good , not if i should go or not. Ive done it before and it worked very well for me, i used to go to a good meeting and got lots of great support but then i moved and want to find another good meeting
