jellybellybean   10 #1 Posted October 4, 2008 Oh my god the traffic around meadowhall is ridiculous today! It's taken me an hour to get home and its only 10mins drive from my house!  The overspill was open and inside was heaving! Was there something happening that I didn't know about? Jason Bourne   11 #3 Posted October 4, 2008 It's like this every weekend, I'm afraid.  All the locals from the Sheffield suburbs of Rovvrem, Donny and Baaaaarnsley descend on Meadowhall for the weekend.  Visiting Meadowhall is like a day out for them, you see. Jason Bourne   11 #9 Posted October 4, 2008 rotherham united now play at the don valley stadium ? the traffic was all up prince of wales rd as well about 2pm.  Don Valley's a fair walk from Meadowhall car parks and I doubt anybody would walk that distance in this weather.  Besides, Rotherham only have 30 supporters, so they can't have caused the traffic jams. Squiggs   11 #12 Posted October 4, 2008 Have they got the cards, decorations, tinsel, chocolates etc out yet? Ready for that bloody annual terrorist plot to clog up our city centres, roads and shopping centres and rob us of all our money. I blame the muslims! It's always the muslims. And the bus drivers.  Don Valley's a fair walk from Meadowhall car parks and I doubt anybody would walk that distance in this weather. Besides, Rotherham only have 30 supporters, so they can't have caused the traffic jams.   I heard the support had increased now that a decent team has arrived in Sheffield. ;-)
 Share this content via...
