Congratulations to my fellow LibDems who won or retained their seats, I'm sure they're going to do us proud now they have a decent majority.

Commiserations to those who lost, especially Anne Smith, a very honourable woman and a commited and hard working Councillor, and a great loss,

 

Hmmmmm well Cllr Anne Smith might have won if 80% of her leaflets had not been slagging of the local Lib-Dem team, towards the end I think the people up here just got fed up of it

It's called negative campaigning and I've always hated it ... but funnily enough, positive campaigning is just as likely to lose you an election.
