i have a blackberry curve 8900, purchased off a phone company on ebay it came fully boxed in original box and all accessories, the phone had a password on it, i contacted seller who told me to enter any password 10 times then phone will reset back to factory settings, mine didnt it now has a white screen saying reload software 513 please help

ghozer put on this page The shop has moved premesis to 780 and has a new number now too as we couldn't transfer the old one -- 2508 263 and he says has a new number too "as we" couldn't transfer old one sounds to me that this is mick himself from p&m

contact ghozer on the same page, he knows mick personally and may be able to help
