Alot of the land is privately owned still ,try the land registry and see if they can shed light on who owns it.the mill has loads of alley ways and all seem to be without anyone owning them,leeds manchester sheffield and nottingham are some of the land owners round the mill.A lady fell in a pot hole that was on one of the paths and broke her hip and noone would own up to who owns that particular piece of land .

The retail park has fined some ppl for over staying the 3 hr limit ,but from what I have read the fine isn`t forcible .DID I not put that earlier read fgs I said they can fine you but its not enforcible ,now if some ppl have been sent a fine and have paid it thats there hard luck and to be honest who cares get a grip

Thats why they fined you ,and this is why others are getting caught out
