  9. Wales BNP Press Release Press Release: - immediate. Swansea BNP member to appeal against disgraceful conviction. The British National Party is the only political organisation in this country that will fight for the right of every British person, whatever their beliefs, to be innocent until proven guilty, and to demand that everyone is equal in law, and entitled to a fair trial. We totally reject the concept of ‘guilty by denunciation’ as practiced by Swansea magistrates court in the recent ‘trial’ of Robert McGlynn. In a case where there is no victim, no evidence and no witness, Robert McGlynn was declared guilty by Swansea magistrates on a trumped up charge of ‘racially aggravated disorderly conduct’. This is a grave and serious miscarriage of justice. The police prosecution case rested entirely on the statement of one Lydia Rees, the accuser, who not only admitted in court that she couldn’t be sure of what she had actually heard, but who was also the recent proud recipient of a ‘Citizens Award’ by Swansea police, even before the ‘trial’ had begun - for actually making the accusation in the first place. Furthermore, Robert McGlynn is one of five BNP members who were unlawfully arrested by Swansea police last May, locked up in police cells for 13 hours, and questioned about their political beliefs. They were arrested for engaging in lawful and legitimate democratic electioneering. No charges were made and the case was dropped by Swansea police who are now being sued for unlawful arrest. Swansea police are also undergoing an internal investigation by the South Wales Police professional standards department following an official complaint to the Independent Police Complaints Commission. This case is unique, in that a legal precedent has now been set for ‘denunciations’ – reminiscent of totalitarian regimes. This appeal hearing is of significance to everyone in Britain who values freedom and justice. End.
  10. I think magistrates should be recruited from a far wider section of society , I'd be great but only if the birch was reintroduced and capitol punishment was available for anything more serious than a parking ticket
  11. The pharmacist doesn't have to sell condoms thats for the shop staff most Lloyds shops have a retail manager , the pharmacist only gets involved in 'P' products . I cant see the problem he's not refused to honour a prescription only due to his beliefs not sold a product .
  12. I know a couple of Sikhs who carry the knifes but they are 'ceremonial' small enough that under British law they are not classed as offensive weapons , it's called compromise something alot of the immigrant population could learn from .
  13. http://www.icetourist.is/default.asp?cat_id=280 Have a look at the link mate Great place lovely people .
  14. The pharmacist is in this case not just dispensing a prescription wrote out by a doctor , the goverment have introduced a system that certain drugs can now be dispensed directly by the pharmacist the so called morning after pill being one of them . This is when the moral and religious part comes in , he or she is not just following instructions from the doctor but making a conscious decision if the woman should be allowed this tablet ( there are medical as well as moral reasons to refuse )
  15. I'm sure she could have gone elsewhere , people always go on about their rights what about the rights of the pharmacist not to compromise his or her religious beliefs ? This was not a life threatening situation for the woman complaining I'm sure she could have made other arrangments.
  16. thanks for that , the links very interesting
  17. Exept nobody seems to have asked how a man who's reported to have been on benefits since he arrived in this country has managed to buy a house , no morgage , no loan a cash deal
  18. I think the snowball throwing will have been common thugery the racial abuse according to the report came after , I will amend my earlier post to read idiot I think as you have admited it was a mistake my other word was unfounded .
  19. I would just like to point out I condem ALL racial attacks .
  20. I dont think the BNP have said only whites are prosecuted under the race laws they have pointed out what seems to be a massive difference in sentencing on such occasions and even a difference in criteria for assessing if a case has a racial perspective .
  21. It does state in the report Kevin Hughes had no previous to be taken into account and the lack of any reference to previous convictions and the sentence would make me think Talha Tariq had non either .
  22. I dont know the bloke so wont try and judge his character or if he's the type to carry out such a stupid act but I cant see how he could have been convicted beyond reasonable doubt without a victim and just one witness with such a bad memory , I'm sorry but if he wasn't a BNP member everybody would be up in arms .
  23. Lib Dems woo BNP in bid to oust Tories http://www.halifaxtoday.co.uk/ViewArticle2.aspx?SectionID=700&ArticleID=1818212 Looks like not all politicians are as bigoted as the anti-BNP mob on here , I think the Lib Dem national leadership will have a heart attack at this
