Shooting at niche?!?!?

what ropes are you on about, if a man apologises for his action and the apology is accepted then that is it. nuff said. however you both start getting personal and dissing. the bottom line is when ever there is something you do not understand you say speak english or waffle and drone. we can go on and on and on slagging each other but what is it achieving. absolutely nothing. then he has the cheek to call people dummy. i think all this animosity is pointless. by the way someone else thinks your a prat..

Actually, its a fairly accurate summation of the thought processes involved.

There is a growing problem with 'respect' conflicts. Person A happens to look at Person B in a way B doesn't like, or bumps into them, or talkes to their boy/girlfriend, and then it becomes 'disrespect'.

As soon as some people start carrying weapons and overreacting to these perceived slights, then more people start to carry for protection... and thus it spirals.

Interestingly that is an extreme version of what has happened here on this thread where there is a pointless argument about something irrelevant, no one will give in, goes on and on, people intervene to no avail. So someone who is probably weak willed and can't argue therefore has to carry a gun and uses it.
