There are 37 Billion acres of land in the world, the current population of the world is 8 Billion and estimated to be 9 Billion by 2050. At that point there would be four acres of land for every man, woman and child on the planet. A single person can exist on 1 acre of viable land, so notionally there's plenty of land. Not all of the land is fertile, but as I said in post # 6 If the money and scientific brainpower we currently expend on warfare was redirected to the problem it would be resolved. As well as being a savage and murderous species we are also a highly inventive and industrious species. As I also said, it's a proven fact that the higher the standard of living the lower the birthrate, which would contribute to resolving the problem and help reduce mass migration at the same time. If being the key word. Personally I'm not holding my breath.
 Share this content via...

Quite correct and far more relevant to our way of life than a post which simply thinks foodbanks are responsible for all our troubles. That despite things being far from ideal in the UK at this present time, they are far far worse in many other places where wars, famines, uprisings and other brutality occur.
