Really disturbed to find out that one of the killers of Brianna, had been moved to Brianna's school after she had already tried to poison one of the pupils at her previous school.

Adults have to have DBS checks when working with children....but the teachers at the new school didn't know how disturbed she was.

We seem to have rules,laws and guidelines for every eventuality but too many slip through the net

The same applies to the Afghani asylum seeker,child abuse victims,care home abuse etc.etc.

I suppose that we only hear about the bad cases but it is always a case of “lessons will be learned”

Typical of our well organised system of checks and safety measures.  runs about as well as everything else in this country.

So terrible for poor Brianna and her family to have to pay the price for official incompetence.

My bold:  It is of course, the fault of those who committed the crime as you say,  but the incompetence of  those who knew there were warning signs,  also needs to be looked at and rarely is.

So they’ll be 36 and 38 when they get out and no doubt have their names/identities changed and have 40 or 50 years of life in front of them. Ridiculous!

Life should mean Life for such dreadful crimes.

  Although some will say they can be rehabilitated in prison . They may even become Christians .
