Serving sandwiches on a train
A catering company that caters business events (which allegedly pay cash) making 50k profit per year & of which nobody can find any details
 

And now it's a sandwich shop, one which you're unwilling to give any details.

I would think someone with an alleged GNVQ in Business would know how that's not a great idea.

We are a sandwich shop and catering company that does outside catering. People do change careers.
