Is any speed limit,  rigidly enforced? Why on match days at Meadowhead for a few hundred rather than say on roads leading to Hillsbotough or the Lane  on match days when thousands are heading towars them.

sorry i meant the permits checked that they were used by the house owners on match days at least. but with this lot in charge we will end up with a complete mess as normal.

All of the permit parking zones are regularly enforced.
