It won't be the lefties who decide the next immigration policy because there will be no lefties on the government benches. Whether Starmer wins the next GE or whether Sunak does, you will be looking at 2 rows of righties with all the same policies except 2. One of those lot will decide and the lefties will be off the hook for the resulting chaos which will ensue. Get used to seeing different coloured faces.
