Dogs Being Snatched

There are people out there who are stealing dogs for baiting, breeding, fighting etc. They target your house by putting a mark on your door, wall etc and break in and steal your dog or take it from your garden. Also please don't leave your dog tied up outside shops etc as they can be snatched in a second. These are evil people and it's a real threat.

I read recently that due to the present economic situation some families can't afford to keep their pets,  where then are these pets going to?
