Top Cats Hat   10 #61 Posted February 23, 2018 it's eminently reasonable to ask him such questions especially considering his current position.  Would you agree then, that it is also eminently reasonable to ask the same question of Teresa May considering her current position? I1L2T3   10 #62 Posted February 23, 2018 Whining is what his particular leftist branch specialise in though. They don't actually want to DO things, they just hate people who do actually do things. Actual power holds people to account, whining doesn't.  Personally I would be delighted if Corbyn sues, but I am 100% certain that he won't because then his story, from MI5 files to witnesses will all be laid out in public and the magic Momentum believer fairy dust won't work in court.  If you’re so sure just post it as fact on a twitter account....as yourself.  Maybe you could be the one to reveal the real Corbyn in court. When he sues you.
 Share this content via...

When he sues you.  I think I said quite early on in this thread that I don't think he is / was a spy. I said, clearly, that he should sue.  Which part isn't clear? BHRemovals   10 #64 Posted February 23, 2018 he should sue them
 Share this content via...
Top Cats Hat   10 #65 Posted February 23, 2018 He most certainly does want to do things which is why the right wing is so frightened by him.  And that is what is at the bottom of all this stuff. If Corbyn wasn't absolutely wanting to change things (as much as he is going to be able) the press would be bored with it by now and moved on to something else. Bob Arctor   11 #66 Posted February 23, 2018 If I was Corbyn I'd sue their collective arses off - he really needs to put a marker down with the right wing press. He cant spin it - certainly not like blair could - so he needs to do something to put this to bed. Whining about it won't stop it.  I'm not sure it's hurting him. The more frothing the Tories get about it and the more baseless it is shown to be, the worse the Tories look
 Share this content via...

I said, clearly, that he should sue.  Which part isn't clear?  So what exactly is going to become clear?  Just post your facts on a public account as yourself, then drop Corbyn a line to let him know you’ve done it.  Let me know how it goes.  ---------- Post added 23-02-2018 at 20:04 ----------  I'm not sure it's hurting him. The more frothing the Tories get about it and the more baseless it is shown to be, the worse the Tories look  The more they repeat it the better for them.  They can allude to him being a treasonous spy under the guise of just asking questions.  The longer they can keep it going the better chance it has of sticking, even if untrue.  Then whenever required they can crack a little joke about it all and keep the mud sticking.  When it gets to the point where fake news is being peddled that all but accuses a person of treason then unfortunately a serious line has been crossed. But they care little because they are desperate.
 Share this content via...
ENG601PM Â Â 10 #68 Posted February 23, 2018 So what exactly is going to become clear? . Â Corbyn's history of course, in the nice concise form of court papers and witness statements that will lift the scales from millions of eyes who might otherwise casually vote for the kindly looking old duffer. Â Corbyn isn't suing anyone.
 Share this content via...

Penistone999   10 #71 Posted February 23, 2018 There have been a number of allegations made by a number of Tory Ministers against Jeremy Corbyn is a traitor, and has sold British secrets to communist spies. It was either the Tory Chairman or the Defence Secretary who stated that: “Corbyn sold British secrets to communist spies...get some perspective mate!! Your priorities are a bit awry!" (On Twitter)  Another Minister has claimed that Mr Corbyn is like 'Kim Philby'. That he's treasonous.  I just wonder if you think any of this mud sticks in the mind's of the public (which I guess is the hope of those who are making these allegations). Could Jeremy Corbyn seek legal redress?   Corbyn is the man who invited Palestinian terrorists to parliament .  Corbyn is the man who is friends with Hamas  Corbyn is the man who is friends with Irish terrorists.  I wouldnt trust this bloke with the weather forecast , never mind sensitive information. ENG601PM Â Â 10 #72 Posted February 23, 2018 And what is this history? Â You are barking up the wrong tree. I don't think he had the gumption. Â As I said, Corbyn's history of course, in the nice concise form of court papers and witness statements that will lift the scales from millions of eyes who might otherwise casually vote for the kindly looking old duffer. Â It will suit him just fine for his history to be scattered and subjective instead of collected and analysed. Corbyn would be a mug to put himself in the spotlight. Â So I think he should sue!! But he won't.
 Share this content via...
