El Cid
Does the £460 tally with your usage and their tariff? I have no way of knowing.
truman
I have no way of knowing. Why not? You know your usage and you know their prices....

scousemouse
I have changed suppliers several times, and never had any problems. Perhaps I have just been lucky. Am with npower at the moment, again no problems,
El Cid
I have changed suppliers several times, and never had any problems. Perhaps I have just been lucky. Am with npower at the moment, again no problems, I am a low user, so a supplier without a standing charge should be cheaper. How do i compare £5.20 per kwh hour for gas, and 16.71p per kwh for electric with the other companies that have standing charges and a lower £ pkh? And they all have different standing charges, its a nightmare, if you wish to look closer than how much you pay per month. ---------- Post added 13-06-2016 at 18:36 ---------- OVO Energy Gas = Unit rate 2.709p per kWh Standing charge 28.77p per day Electricity = Unit rate 11.970p per kWh Standing charge 28.77p per day ---------- Post added 13-06-2016 at 19:05 ---------- Just looking at http://www.energyhelpline.com/ThisIsMoney_pcbox/fri/domesticenergy/domestic/results?id=880faa75-a4c5-45be-bb0d-a6240126a224 I save £192 with dual fuel or £226 with separate gas n electricity suppliers, anyone spotted this before? RonJeremy
They supplied me with an equivalent KWH rate taking into account the standing charge. Easily comparable. Just phone uSwitch. Seriously easy.

EDF Energy's Blue+Price Promise July 2017 tariff; much cheaper than OVO, altho GB energy may be cheaper.

El Cid
I give up. I have signed up with GB energy, one month in front, but cheapest. Paying one month up front, which business could fail with that plan.
