I think some of you need to sort your rulers out, 8inches ??.?.. that's nearly 20cm

10"-12" in S18, so it does seem to be very localised in some instances. I can certainly believe 8".

Like someone else said S8 covers a big area, some luckier than others with the snow today, I'm on one of the roads off Woodseats shops and just measured 6 inches outside.

We are on a side road off Hunters Bar it is a dead end hill never gets gritted there is around 3-4 inches depth where it's untouched here.

But at least all the 81/82/83/84/85 buses are running as far as Hunter's Bar; none beyond that.

i's here again a centimetre of snow and the city grinds to a halt I was waiting ages for transport to take me to hospital for life saving dialysis then I got 3 phone calls saying they couldn't get because of blocked roads a jack knifed truck and lack of staff not going in. how would this country manage in countries like Norway Scandinavia, so now I have to suffer with toxins going round my body poisoning the other orgas I ave oh well I don't mind dying of a bullit or heart attck which iv'e had 3 but a sprinkling of snow is beyond the pale look at this even makes you spell things wrong

does anybody know what Eckington is like currently? i should be heading that way through to Marshlane and then Dronfield in around 1 hour.
