A soccer star who vowed to “never let anyone down again” after leaving jail is on film launching a foul-mouthed tirade at road workers.

 

Gary Madine – who earns £5,000 a week – shared footage of him hurtling past labourers in his £100,000 Mercedes.

 

The Sheffield Wednesday striker is heard yelling: “Silly <removed>! Get some work done, yer <removed>!”

After Madine's release from prison, some Owls fans said he should be given a second chance, well he's had is second chance and now appears to have blown it big style, so what next?

It is clearly cobbled together footage, it wouldn't stand a chance in court - is that Madine's foot on the accelerator?

 

Did he hit 110 in the roadworks?

 

Is that his voice or that of the other person?

 

You see his face once. Once, at the beginning.

 

I dislike Madine as much as the next fella and think he should have been sacked by Wednesday. But this sort of thing is typical of the paper it was published in. I'll reserve judgement until found guilty by a court.
