Ms Macbeth
The work around the hillsborough route is supposed to complete today, I haven't seen anything online to say the trams are running normally again. Anyone got any info on the situation?

Anyone got any info on the situation? Been out earlier and they are still working at the Malin Bridge terminus - think this finishes tomorrow. We did see a tram going on Middlewood Road through the Hillsborough corner junction.

Ms Macbeth
Thanks for that jimmy. I'd looked on the rail replacement section of the website and couldn't see the relevant info.
Andy C
Middlewood reopened this morning as planned, both yellow and blue trams are running to Middlewood, confirmed on Twitter - @scsupertram. Holme Lane is scheduled to reopen Monday morning when the Blue route will resume to Malin Bridge. Area 2 of rail replacement commences on Monday with buses replacing trams between Gleadless Townend and Halfway. Blue route trams that normally run to Halfway will be diverted to Herdings Park. Also don't forget a Sunday service operates on Bank Holiday Monday. All the above information is posted on the tram stop information boards, at supertram.com and travelsouthyorkshire.com.
