Costa coffee Broomhill. Pants!!

Just been in for the first time and got to say it's every bit as bad as it's predecessor, Cream.

 

"Sorry, credit card machine not working"

"Sorry, Costa loyalty card machine not working"

"Sorry, Wi Fi not working"

 

And the coffee wasn't good either.

 

First time will be the last time.

It's clear that their internet connection is down - hence all those not working; I'm sure it'll be fixed shortly.

 

The coffee will be the same as any other Costa.

I didn't see anything re the tinterweb being down and I did manage to access it elsewhere in the immediate area.

It's clear that they all use the internet connection so that root problem is that their connection is down.

 

The fact that other connections in the area are working doesn't really mean/add anything - it could be their ISP, their phone line, their router, etc

Costa is a brand so if you don't like their taste I would suggest steering clear of any Costa. Internet will be connected to the credit card machine being down as they both use the phone line so it may be a line issue if the previous people had the same problem.

That's nothing, last year I visited Costa [u]COFFEE[/U] in Berkeley Precinct and the coffee machine wasn't working. I was, however, offered tea.
