If you really know me, and like me, and respect me enough to wish me a Merry Christmas - then do so in words, by speaking to me. Don't chop a tree down and print some twee snow scene on the front. It can be a charity card, a tiny card or a home made card but just so long as it's got hand writing on it saying who has sent it "with love" I'm happy. What family I have left are all over the place, so I don't even think about presents what with the postage and everything, but a card....that can be sent from anywhere. Here's hoping for a Merry Christmas for you all. Oh and they always go to be recycled afterwards too to be replanted as another tree...... I'm with Joan on this one, still send them and like to receive them its once a year and a great way of keeping in touch with people we don't see often & shows not forgotten each other.
