Eater Sundae
Firstly, I don't think I've seen a static caravan with double glazing (unlike mobile homes which do, or touring caravans which have plastic moulded double glazed windows) - I would suggest you look around the other caravans on the park, and if you see any, then ask the owner. Secondly, as static caravans do not have very good wall insulation (in comparison to mobile homes), would there be much benefit in insulating just the windows? MZ2832
We have double glazing and central heating in a static (ABI Brisbane) but can't really see the point as it is only really used from Easter to October. I suppose if we used it more frequently then it may be worth doing.
laineyiow
We have double glazing, central heating, insulation in our ABI Chatsworth and as our caravan park is open From March to January it's certainly worth it!! It's so lovely spending Christmas in our static caravan. Lovely and cosy!
