adelrose Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 most pet shops & diy places etc sell the cruel traps... i fear the rat not actually dying and struggling, plus the fact another animal could get trapped, the neighbours cat or something......the bate boxes are designed to put poison in a section of the bate box that no animal can get too only rodents, plus it locks and then you place it wherever you want.the rodents eat the bate then go away to die....
