He was asked to stop, but says he will continue his campain on revenge until, the young girl is removed from her job, or he is given her job, and she gets his job. In other word blackmailing all the women. He is even piddling on the floor now sp anyone who sits on the loo seat now has there feet in his wee - it is becoming a real problem. He is clearly unhinged and needs disciplinary at the very least. There are ways of going about feeling aggrieved but peeing on floor in Ladies is not one of them. The women should club together and buy him a budgie and cage. if the young woman who was promoted gets interested in budgies they could start up a sideline in budgie breeding and who knows where that could lead to. Surely this is a Health & Safety problem. Report it. But there are so many unofficial ways of taking action. My favourite would be to place a bottle of warm urine or similar yellow coloured liquid (preferably wet on the outside too:gag:) on his desk or work space. Explaining that you had to go into a bottle because of the state of the toilets and would he be kind enough to empty it for you the next time he goes.
