Kdo_Kenoute   10 #14 Posted November 21, 2011 (edited) "The Station Agent"   Good call on that one.  I'd add;  The Plague Dogs Barefoot Gen Suspiria (not really obscure but in mainstream terms it probably is) Scarecrow ('love' might be overstating it but it's a bit of a gem) Edited November 21, 2011 by Kdo_Kenoute Typing error
 Share this content via...

tog3 Â Â 10 #18 Posted November 21, 2011 Has anyone evany knowledge of an Italian film, I think called 'The Red and the Green'? I can't find it anywhere; Set against the 1st WW, two young men who fall in love with the same beautiful girl in A manege a trois. They join the resistance; one fearless and lucky, the other clever and honourable. The first is a 'red' he would sacrifice his family for the cause the other 'green' less committed is the one who thinks he has won the girl's heart but secretly she is involved with the other. The two men are as brothers and they meet and collaborate in their adventures fighting against the Germans. Some awesome scenes of fantasy and brutality and pathos. soundgeek   10 #20 Posted December 17, 2011 As the title says, here we go: Dark Star Wolfen. Yes, a funny one, Dark Star.  Snow Cake (2007) starring Alan Rickman and Sigourney Weaver made a good impression on me. Interesting to see her play an autistic character.
