Thanks, mc55 (and Jez), your assistance was very gratefully received! selphie
I've just tried to get some milk for my 88 year old neighbour but the co-op has sold out already. They're waiting for a delivery but the wagon is stuck on the motorway. Was going to get the car out and nip to Morrisons for her but we are once again in a blizzard up at Gleadless. On a lighter note, we did push an ambulance car back on to the main road!

emmysdad
when we ventured out this morning the old boot who lives next door came out and complained that the milkman hadn't been, when we asked her if she wanted us to go fetch some she just slammed the door shut.... So she's fine, she didn't look blue so she wasn't cold, she was mobile enough to get to the door and she was just as cantankerous as she always is..
