I have loads of problems with my shoulders and have seen a hell of a lot of sports massage people and the absolute best is Derek French.

 

He works for Sheffield United too, sorting out the players aches and pains and he genuinely gives the best sports massage ever. I've tried other 'renound' people and keep going back to Derek.

 

He works at Active Health on Ecclesall Road (opposite Starbucks) and is Google-able.

That guy (adam ) is top dollar, a proper sports massage, really knows his stuff, does it very deep and you know have been done when hes finished £29 for the hour, fully qualified, And if you want intense he is your man

 

He operates at Birley spa lane and heeley (near the sheaf view pub).

I would also recommend adam or vash at birley chiropractic. They've got a good video on their site showing a deep tissue massage if that helps. Really reasonably priced too 🙂
