I don't think i'll be able to make badminton tomorrow I have quite badly hurt my knee and havnign trouble walking. Think it best if i miss this week and fully recover

This will be my first time to come and play, would it be ok for me to turn up tomorrow evening at 8pm at ponds forge for a game?
