yeah your right.. seeing a family member suffer with cancer not through smoking, he lived a healthy life but was just delt a rubbish hand in life is what spurred me on... but my post is not to do with that its just info for people who are generally finding it difficult to quit... a starter kit cost around £20 and the refill caps are £1.50 each, each one can last a couple of days

hi i posted on here last week about the refils for the electronic cigarettes and i just wanted to say thank you to everyone for there helpfull comments, there was one comments about impulse in hillsborough which is where i went and i got everything i needed at very very cheap prices... for anyone who is thinking about stopping smoking i cant recomend the e-cigs highly enough, ive been smoking 20-30 cigs a day for the last 15 year and ive tried everything from patches, gum, inhalors even tablets from my doctor but now im on these electronic cigs im finding it very easy at the moment, it was always about that hit you get from taking a drag of a cigarette that i missed and you couldnt get that from the patches, inhalors ect but you do from the e-gigs... its only been 6 week and i wont lie there has been a few moments where ive been very iratated but obviously you do need some willpower as its a lifestyle change but you got to fight through it and wow how im reaping the rewards, i feel better and i have £70 in my pocket to do with what ever i want each week... once again thanks everyone and if you want to stop the e-cigs really do help

i recentley purchased the electronic ciggarette from the man who has that stall in the hillsborough next to home bargains but failed to ask where i can get the refills from, just wondering if anyone knows a shop (outlet) in sheffield which sells them...i know tescos was selling them at one stage but they have now stopped

hi...i had my wedding reception at the wadsley house from 1 til closing it was a really nice place and if i remember right it wasn't to expensive...the kids have some where to play in the the garden ..i would recommend to anyone ... hope this helps

ive had 2 staffies, the first one for ten years had to have her put down due to her health she was my baby and couldn't have asked for a better dog even when my son was born she'd lie at the side of him,i was devastated when i had to have her put down i swore i would never get atttached to another dog but next door neighbour was getting rid of a staffie has he'd already got two dogs so i took him in a hes a great dog im having having a few problems with him at the moment (not agressive problems)but im working to get them sorted ..i've two kids 10 and 4 hes really loving with them both ....if i had a bigger house i would have another ...i would not have any other dog apart from staffies as they are so loving if brought up the right way

hi...ive been on 11 yrs only just got prioity and still no joy,im in a 2 an need a 3 as ive a boy n girl who share the same bedroom which is againt the law,if i dont find anything myself within 6 weeks they start force bidding which means i could end up anywhere ,nowhere were i want 2 b (e.g school family )if i turn down an offer they give regardless of number of bedrooms i lose prioty an end up staying where i am sleeping in the living room so the kids can have a bedroon each which ive been told by the housing ..its a complete sham this bidding system theres nothing ever on when u want to bid ...sorry 4 the rant but it really gets on my nerves
