too right i think they have the problem.

i dont drink tea for a start...and im not a timewaster either.and why shouldnt i complain.. she was rude.you sound as if u work for the dwp.everyone has a right to complain if they like and its justified.just because i suffer from a mental illness doesnt mean i cant tell if someone is insulting my intelligence.they should have more respect for the general public for a start no matter what.

you do have a point yes..but i did tell her when i get my benefits.but they do have a record on file anyway to check against..some do give you a bit of slack when you tell them your info or are not sure.this one wanted exact dates and was very curt.the staff there should help more and learn people skills. no worries though i shall ring back tomorrow and report her,until it has happened to you,you do not understand.many people in my situation do.

it is very hard to prove and explain how you feel.not all people understand mental illness has there are different conditions.but the topic was rude staff when applying for a crisis loan.i think people need educating about mental dissabilities though,it is a very grey area.but you would have expected some form of courtesy and understanding about it from the dwp.i know you didnt mean anything wrong when you said im lucky to get dla...most people say that anyway mainly as its something you cannot see...and to most people you look ok.

hi there,im sure there are loads of people feel the same way at some point in there lives.it sounds as if you need a friend to talk to,i know these feelings do get you down.you do not appear to be a sad person you are probably down and depressed.try and get yourself some counselling maybe make an appointment to see your gp.i hope things get better for you.

i know this but they do have all your payments on file anyway,i dont always think to get all my paperwork out.i just work on roughly..they should make more allowances for people with dissabilities,sadly some people dont see mental illness as a dissability..i know i am very lucky to get dla..but i had to fight for it.

i have just been on the telephone to apply for a crisis loan.the lady i spoke to had a underlying attitude.she asked me when i last got paid of which i told her and asked for the exact amount i said roughly wat this was without getting all my paperwork out,i suffer from mental health problems which makes it difficult to remember things i tried to answer all the questions and was polite throughout.she then asked me when i recieved my dla i could not remember the exact date only roughly around the 14th of evry month i was just confirming it with my hubby as he knows when abouts this is...she then said if you cannot give me the exact date i shall terminate this call.then she put the phone down on me.i was so upset as i had just spent a good part of 15 mins getting through in the first place.i quickly phoned the jobcentre,as i didnt know what to do,to ask for a number to complain .the man was really nice and was very shocked this had happened he told me to ring them back and ask to speak to the manager.i am very upset as you can imagine,i have had a bit of a weep over this and cannot face ringing them back,things are tough enough i cannot be doing with all the fuss.we will just have to struggle on best way we can.i feel so very insulted and upset by this.

i think it depends on weather the nurse is gentle or not.you get some that are real butchers and just jab the needle in.i bruise very easily with being fair..it can look like you been in a fight.

just get some xxl grannie pants and cut hole where her tail goes,you can quickly whip them off when they want to go out for both.i have 2 bitches myself and know how messy it can be.it is funny tho to see a dog parading around the house with big apple catchers on..

we were all born in sheffield but my daughter now lives in ireland...i would have liked her to give my new grandson a irish name.

well they call my dad trevor and i wanted her to put something like travis for a middle name.

my daughter likes the name mckenzie but her hubby dont like it.i quite like the name as it is unusual.and also it would suit as her other son is called harrison.just goes i think.she has 2 girls also freya and bethany.

Hi my daughter is expecting a baby boy in september and wants a unusual name or one that is not very common any suggestions.

To be honest with you...i think that there are many ethnic minorities that contribute to the uk and support themselves.i think theres good and bad in everyone no matter what the colour of their skin is.

I think its a disgrace what has happened.she was just an ordinary old lady asking direct honest questions.i suggest it is him that is bigoted.and this is the man we want to run the country,sorry he has lost my vote.ithink he should step down and resign..but we all know this will be covered up and he will be made to come out smelling of roses.

I am really against this barbaric sport.No animal deserves to be treated in this way,shame on the hunters.The poor fox deserves to be treated better. I detest and loathe this so called tradition.There should be a more humane way other than being chased by blood thirsty dogs.What enjoyent can be derived from this sport is beyond belief.Everyone who supports this sport should be ashamed.
