I would imagine thats upto the bar staff when they ask for ID. MODS just got there for the conversation, they dont dish orders out and say "you go out ya only 16". I cannot see the Dev Cat banning the meets, it will be the case of the individual being banned, the pub would loose alot of business on Sunday nights as loads go down.
