Couple of my colleagues went and said what a fantastic experience they had (and one is about 50 and rather posh).

Yes, I thought I caught a glimse of defeat in his eyes. Never been a fan of Murray, but didn't really like to see him losing. Nadal was playing like an animal towards the end, but in fairness Murray put up an admirable fight and there were some terrific rallies. Polite support from the crowd. Something missing though...

Anyway, it's late, I'm a bit lonely, and my next-door-neighbour who's having a party has invited me round, so will pop round for half-an-hour. TTFN.

Pattricia, thank you, but I'm not intelligent really, and quite suprised that I would be seen that way. However, I was just thinking, you're a soft-soul, and a peace-keeper. Perhaps I'm perceptive enough to spot that.

See, I find that you have generally irritating points of view about people who live in England. Sorry, but most of us aren't that bad. True and he's an excellent tennis player, he's just not spectacular. And I disagree, I think personality has a lot to do with the most lengendary watchable tennis. Think McEnroe, Henri Leconte, Goran Ivanisevic, and now Marcos Baghdatis.

How fabulous was that Novak Djokovic and Marcos Baghdatis game? Wonderful tennis, electric crowd and late sunshine, only thing that could have been better that it should have lasted longer....
