  1. Andy Gray ..... o for a dalek to appear during his innanities.
  2. Coo taxman - don't you think you should tell a copper? With all that inside information you have to be able to make such allegations you will be very popular with the boys in blue. Fortunately I suspect H has more sense than the Sheffield Wednesday board and won't be in the least bit 'bovvered' about your libel, so you're not in danger of being sued.
  3. Bet they get invited to do the punditry at half time on Sky - couldn't be any worse than Jamie sonofharry - he'll be speechless any way! Lol.
  4. The fan and the bell and the drums will all be there. You are easily driven to insanity. However, you probably wont hear them at Wembly - its a little larger than Fratton Park.
  5. I don't like bullies. When a big (rich) person goes after a little (hard up/ill) person and uses the law to do it, no matter how 'right' they are in law, it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth of all those who hear about it. How many more people have heard about this alleged libel since this action was brought? How many would have paid attention to it or even believed it if it had been left to lie where it was? How much lower is your opinion of the person taking the action now than it was before the action was taken? This is not a matter of law. It is one of common, moral, dignified decency.
  6. Andy Gray = part of the problem. Media tarts criticising refs in favour of their 'mates' who are still playing! What a walley - ruining the game that gives him his (overpriced) living.
  7. Personally I would start Beckham, let him get that bl**dy cap and then take him off when he proves how unfit and incapable of keeping up with the younger, hungrier players he is. Capello will then have proved his point and the silly idea that 100 is SO much better than 99 will have been honoured.
  8. I tend to agree with the general trend here. United could have won that game, penalty or no penalty, and had it sown up before Portsmouth scored. They created far more chances than Portsmouth did. It suggests a lack of character if they can't put one poor decision behind them and get on with it. Also Disdan's tackle on Ronaldo - penalty or not - was no where near as bad as the one Rooney tried on Kranjcar later on. Rooney gets away with these on many occasions - even if not on this one. Its tough - but that's the way it is.
  9. Season's not over surely. Still a relegatrion battle to fight.
  10. I posted this one eons ago. It had whiskers then.
  11. o tempora! o mores! (Latin: = Its time to reincarnate Bobby Moore)
  12. The keeper had no chance - he did move but knew it was pointless. If any one thinks they could have got to it where David James didn't - well I'm speechless! It was one brilliant strike.
  13. And if your argument doesn't hold water you can always descend to personal insults. (Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)
  14. All Blades might not be tired of this but the rest of us are. (Yawn zzzzzzzzzz).
