Hi Farmhouse, great then seeing as the studio where l work is still closed for the holidays perhaps you could drop them round to <REMOVED>. l would suggest that instead of arranging a time that if you feel comfortable doing this that you leave them in the blue bin. It is only paper in there so clean and dry. Then let me know you have been and l will get on with the darning. I would expect to have them done within the week and will message you to arrange pick up. It's up to you if you wish to pay me before or after, or half and half! Many thanks. Lisa

I have irlens syndrome. Its great it has been identified in your son. Lenses are expensive (£130 for the assessment and about the same to get them done) was my experience but they make a massive difference, if you're able and willing to wear them. Very best luck to your son. Sad that he has had little help so far.

I have given up trying to follow all the arguments about this but my gut reaction is of dismay and disbelief that we are losing these trees on such a scale. Words fail me in fact. Anyone who does not know what is happening come to Humphrey Road in Greenhill where Amey have cut the tops of the whole street of mature trees, pending the removal of the trunks. :loopy:
