  1. You're average residential sparky is unlikely to have a TDR on hand to certify cable runs unless it's something they specialise in. Certification is usually required for you to be able to get the full warranty from the cabling manufacturer. Not sure if they do home jobs but it's worth dropping Mark an email at MJN Technical Services - http://www.mjntsl.co.uk We use them for commercial stuff, they do a fair bit round Sheffield.
  2. And the NY Sushi Big Bang events up at the Ski Village.......... they were quality
  3. I went in there (or the blokes bit) with long hair and they lopped the lot off. And I still keep going back, lol
  4. Just had the muppets round at our house - got all arsey with me when I told him I wouldn't cough up any money there and then. Good way to get new custom....
  5. B&Q do not sell high quality laminate flooring, never have and never will. Most of their stuff is made by Floormaster and they are by no means one of the best manufacturers. 2 brands that are worth checking out are Quick Step and Pergo - Doors & Floors Galore on Attercliffe Road do both but Quick Step is available all over the place. They're the only 2 brands I'll recommend - fitted loads and most are naff.
  6. I did the bar up in there last year for Dennis, nice bloke - he introduced us to Tim Witherspoon while we were there. Decent venue and as you say no houses near by.
  7. Doors & Floors Galore @ Attercliffe - good range, they'll only sell you the amount of underlay you need and they'll take back unopened packs if you have too much. As for fitting then feel free to give us a call - I'm happy to pick the stuff up for you. Jody
  8. It happens a lot - as far as I'm aware what happens is you log out and a guest session is created for you but because you still have the cookie with the username and password on your pc it logs you back in with it. Stupid I know but only way I've found of getting round it is to manually delete cookies
  9. That would be the 'Bean' then, played many a game of footy on there
