There are plenty of Jewish people in Sheffield usually based in the more affluent parts of the city. I've seen a few orthodox Jews too but not many.

I think it's Jenkin Road, very steep near the top. Problem with Blake Street if it is the steepest it's not very long compared with Hagg Hill or some of the others that have been mentioned.
