  1. It's not been the same station since Tony Capstick was forced out and the politically correct "right on brigade" moved in. Dumbed down crap for the masses is all it is now
  2. I quite like his work and the way it's done. Through his art he sticks two fingers up at the establishment and being anonymous, there's nothing they can do about it. Clever bloke.
  3. Did Rabone Chestermans ever take part in this, I have a vague memory of racing a load of nutters down the canal in the late eighties on a makeshift raft that almost sunk, we did finish though despite the numerous flour bombs, great fun.
  4. There are plenty of Jewish people in Sheffield usually based in the more affluent parts of the city. I've seen a few orthodox Jews too but not many.
  5. They do have cameras but not the baked bean tin variety.

  7. I'm pretty sure that he works on cruise ships these days.
  8. Anyone heard anything? I was in there today and overheard the lady behind the counter saying that the decision is today and they were just waiting for the phone call.
  9. Threads is on Amazon, going for £65 min which is just crazy. Your pm points you to the cheapest place
  10. I went in once or twice as a youth. I remember a few dodgy characters but never experienced any bother.
  11. I think it's Jenkin Road, very steep near the top. Problem with Blake Street if it is the steepest it's not very long compared with Hagg Hill or some of the others that have been mentioned.
