Phanerothyme   12 #159 Posted May 24, 2007 'nother outage on UBR01 again this evening packet loss steadily climbing, then DNS servers became inaccessible and finally the Send light on the TA started blinking. Back on again (with 25%PL) at 22:20.  No-one can say how long this will last.
 Share this content via...
fnkysknky   10 #160 Posted May 24, 2007 I'm on uBR01 and my connection appears to have been running good for a week or so. Getting near package speed, no packet loss, latency is fine.
 Share this content via...

High5   10 #165 Posted May 27, 2007 Because ever since VM took over BY, the service has been pants? What sort of bandwidth do you get for your £10?  got 7560kbps down and 768kbps up( i am 1.5m from the exchange), in the last few weeks though it has dropped to 5000 down but BT are now ooking into this (I think it it the telephone extention I have put in but I will wait to see what they can do). I still get downloads as fast as with TW, I now run 3 pc's/ ps3 from my sky and I get no lag, with TW as soon as 2 comps were on line it slowed doen to a crawl.
