Cody's Granddad   52 #3 Posted March 5 I have a racing bike for sale on Market place it's a focus. However, most of what I sell goes on there and I have sold a fair bit of un wanted items I no longer need. The problem is its full of scammers. The old " I'm busy with work I will send a courier to pick it up " message tells me straight away it's a scam. I also keep an eye on there name usually one I can barely pronounce.
 Share this content via...
Al Bundy   1,577 #4 Posted March 5 Once you get past the plankton who mess you about, it's ok, and free!!  eBay fees now for sellers is absolutely criminal.
 Share this content via...
Axe   836 #5 Posted March 5 eBay fees are lower than a bricks and mortar Auction room charge and give an item far more exposure. Private sellers do not pay a fee for listing. Just add 10% to what you want for the item in the starting price.
 Share this content via...
