i read the first page and it seems great to me, living, working, schooling and shopping etc right near where you live, infact its exactly like where i used to live, woodhouse. EVERYTHING in close proximity including plenty of pubs, buses, trains, shops and schools

The kicker though is you will be fined if you go beyond your zone in a motorised vehicle. What happened to freedom to drive where you want?

Fortunately, due to disability it's highly unlikely I'll ever drive.

I got this from the Oxford 15 minute city plan that I'd read about. A £70 fine apparently if you drive beyond your zone.
