pattricia
A lot of my friends and neighbours are suffering from panic attacks. They have never previously had them before. I’m wondering if it’s to do with the awful things that have been happening lately like the Coronavirus, monkey pox, war in Ukraine etc; It’s all on the tv whenever you switch on and maybe this has all got into their heads and caused these attacks. Has anyone else suffered them.?
cressida
Well it could be, best not to watch too much doom and gloom, some of the ads are enough on television, watch the programmes which make you laugh - I ask myself if I'm going to feel any better for listening to too much news, so I don't. Is this news any more stressful than during the 60s cold war?

I didn’t say it was the fault of the Coronavirus, but that it was the constant news about the Coronavirus and other depressing news that have made people suffer from panic attacks.
