ukdavvy
Hi this sold for 341,000 a year ago: http://212.50.188.105/cgi-win/vebra.cgi?details1?src=vebra&PropertyCode=1104001/SOUTH/23870/2 It has now gone on the market again at 450,000 What?????? 30% up in a year?? What kind of an idiot thinks prices have done that? Not sure the vendor may be daft but the agent must be daft too for letting them, assumingthats the case. Yodameister
whats the problem? Surely if it is wildly overpriced it wont sell?

yer_get_meh
what kinda money do you have to be on to buy that?!! At least 150k a year
Kristian
The online brochure says the property has been fully refurbished (and looking at the pics it does look recent). Perhaps if it was a real shed before then it's worth the extra money?
Tony
I picked up a brochure for this the other day. It's been completely refurbed and it's in a very good area, literally across the road from the Botanical Gardens pavilions. Titchy garden (yard?) but a proper family home. £450k isn't expensive in that part of town.
neeeeeeeeeek
Bloominek! If I had spent £450k I would at least expect a bit of a garden! Looks a nice place though.
