Hi rf2690, watched this thread for quite a time now, contribute few points. I'm one of the Wright's who lived below you on Moss Street, just below Oldfield's dairy.

Assuming I'm talking about your right family?, your mum , Kath used to regularly visit my mum Nellie (Ellen), also in those days knew your dad well,-Spike. If I'm talking about right, your sister Mary being the same age as me.

So Wallace2720,which one are you, dont think it's Brian,so is it Geoff or Keith.John was younger than me i think.Used to bump in to your June quite often not seen her for ages.hope your all well.I'm Sheila.Mary eldest then me,Susan,Barbarba and Debra.Mum and dad both died.

That's how the builders work in Europe they build until money runs out then start again when they get more money !

It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that Michael Turner (affectionately known as Gurner) passed away last Thursday. RIP Mick, lovely lad.

Yes, very sorry to hear about 'Micky' Carol and their two lads must be distraught.

RIP Micky.

It was Grimesthorpe Rd Primitive Methodist Church opened in 1930's closed about 1967. I went there once or twice for sunday school anniversaries I think while I was at Reform Chapel.

---------------

Hi Johnpm, Just been going through Sheffield Pictures and

noticed this photo, do these names ring a bell to you.

Not sure if they were lads from Reform Chaple as their faces look

familiar, on the back row the 3rd/4th lads do.
