i personally would do what wolves did, better long term ect than sufc, they got a top manager, got in hungry young good players, then got in fantastic loans that wanted to play in the prem, then signed them ,sold some that they didnt want from that side and bought/loan first other top players, but to do a chris wilder or a wolves or west brom approach, its is hard for a top business man/woman to take advice, but i believe his heart is in it,but he needs a football director for advice.

I'd do it the way that little club up the road do it, don't know how they do it, but they do it!

DO IT THE BARNSLEY WAY  Mr B.

i agree with that padders ,i dont know where they get good managers all the time from, but they also get lots of young players via there reserves ,but again all of this wolves, leeds, barnsley ect,ect all rests on getting a top manager and a lot of luck.

A lot of luck Mr. Bassett.

I've always said a good manager is a lucky manager.

Think about it.

Yep. Luck has a big say in things. All successful clubs are lucky that they were chosen. That that Manager chose you. That their system chose the players. That those players chose you. That those players performed. Imagine Sheff U if Kevin McCabe wasn't a Blade and had chosen, say, Grimsby.  Imagine if Wilder had been a Leeds lad and been nowhere near S2.

S6?

How lucky were we at times?

Ron Atkinson.

We're blummin unlucky now.

Too many variants in football Hots, that's what makes it such a fascinating game.

Rhodes can score goals, he got lucky, not having any luck at the moment.

I remember Rooney going a couple of months without scoring, and the pundits were slating him.

I watched M.O.D. and he was Hitting the crossbar, hitting the upright, goalkeepers were pulling off world class saves, deflections, shots on goal whizzing a millimetre wide, and when he eventually hit the back of the net, he was judged to be a 1/8 of an inch offside. Unlucky.

Winning goal in the 90th +12 minutes, sending offs, controversial penalty decisions, VAR.

If lady luck decides to forsake you, sack the manager, and get a lucky one in.

As Paddy would say, "Bad luck is better than no luck at all".😆

Blades won at Old Trafford,

Man U won at Man City,

Run a line through the formbook, and Blades should be Champions.

That's exactly how I pick my horse's out, no wonder I'm always skint,

Bad luck, no luck, or am I just a Mug.. You decide.

Blades odds 45/1 to stay up, 1/100 for relegation

Keep the faith, where there is life, there is hope ...  for both
